Job Description

What is the Opportunity?
As Senior Manager, Sales at Dr.Bill, RBCx, you will lead the execution of B2B and RBC referral growth, collaborate on growth strategy with cross-functional leaders, and support the continuous development of a team of sales consultants. This role aligns sales execution with software roadmaps and business priorities to maintain agility in an evolving market. You’ll lead a high-performing team of sales consultants and champion initiatives that expand physician relationships across RBC. If you’re a strategic, growth-oriented leader passionate about mentorship, innovation, and cross-functional impact, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference.

This role can be in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, or Ottawa.

What Will You Do?

  • Coach sales consultants on Dr.Bill’s sales methodology to drive performance and sales target achievement.
  • Lead sales education initiatives to foster skill adoption and accountability.
  • Regularly refine sales roles, responsibilities, and compensation to align with business evolution.
  • Develop short- and long-term B2B growth strategies and targets.
  • Guide B2B deal design to align with client and business goals.
  • Partner with sales operations and RBC colleagues to expand RBC referral business and physician relationships.
  • Build RBC referral pipelines and strategies to hit annual conversion targets.
  • Lead revenue-driving projects and streamline sales operations through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Design efficient processes between Sales, Operations, Product, and Account Management.
  • Work with revenue operations to automate and optimize sales workflows.
  • Model leadership excellence.
  • Champion complex, high-impact projects.
  • Mentor direct reports and colleagues and provide career development guidance.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have:

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience (B2B experience is an asset)
  • 3+ years developing B2B and B2C sales execution strategies for defined territories.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
  • Strong skills in communications, relationship management, change management, strategic planning, and analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to drive business process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Direct management experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS sales environments.
  • Familiarity with RBCx or financial services ecosystems.
