What is the Opportunity?

The Senior Director of DevOps Product Management will lead the strategic development and optimization of DevOps products, platforms, and services while focusing on organizational efficiency. This role combines product management excellence with deep DevOps expertise, focusing on leveraging AI and automation to transform DevOps operations. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, deep DevOps expertise, and proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable product outcomes.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for DevOps platforms, tools, and services across the T&O organization

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative DevOps products that enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency

  • Champion the integration of AI and automation technologies into DevOps workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product features

  • Manage product lifecycle from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, gathering feedback to continuously improve product offerings

  • Develop business cases and ROI models for DevOps investments, demonstrating value delivery to executive leadership

  • Stay current with DevOps industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps product organization

  • Oversee budget and resource prioritization for DevOps product initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years focused on DevOps, infrastructure, or developer tooling

  • Exceptional executive communication skills with proven ability to influence and build consensus with senior technology leaders

  • Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with technology line of business clients across large enterprise organizations

  • Experience presenting to executive audiences, translating technical complexity into business value and strategic impact

  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing product teams and driving cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and modern development practices

  • Strong business acumen with ability to build compelling business cases and measure product ROI

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance requirements in enterprise environments

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authority

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with AI/ML applications in DevOps and operational analytics

  • Background in consulting or transformation initiatives within large enterprises

  • Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, CPM) or relevant cloud platforms
