Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

You will be a key member of the Sales, Enablement, Communications, and Strategy team for RBC Bank. You will bring communication, creativity and change management expertise to build awareness, engagement and capability in support of RBC Bank’s business objectives, including accelerated growth and an exceptional client experience. As a change manager, you will enable and engage RBC’s distribution and advisor network to deliver RBC Bank’s strategic priorities and key initiatives that support short, medium, and long term business performance. As an expert with experience in the field, you will provide strategy, planning, counsel, and execution to build awareness of and capability for RBC Bank’s cross-border solutions.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital and Strategy leads within RBC Bank to develop content, tools, and resources for use across LOBs to enable our regional partners

  • Support partners and field colleagues in the development, communication, and delivery of new products, capabilities, and tools geared to enhance the advisor and client experience

  • Collaborate with RBC leadership (Regional Banking, Private Banking, Financial Planning)to raise awareness of and engagement with RBC Bank’s cross-border solutions as part of our growth journey as the dominant cross-border financial provider

  • Work closely with Retail Enablement and LOB partners in Canada to integrate the RBC Bank value proposition into broader initiatives and support cross-LOB business objectives

  • Support the Regional Advisors, Cross Border Banking with accurate, consistent, and relevant communication as they coach and enable advisors and leaders in the field

  • Develop and maintain RBC Bank Sales Communication calendar to capture communication opportunities to build awareness and capability as well as support key priorities and initiatives aligned to business objectives

  • Provide insights/feedback/voice of the client into strategy and implementation activities. Act as an advocate for retail and business network advisors, leaders, and clients within National Office including escalating gaps/requirements and anchoring resolution as appropriate.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Extensive experience within National Office, Integrated Markets, or the field

  • Strong Change management skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders

  • Strong implementation skills

  • Ability to impact & influence outside span of control

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in more than one line of business (Retail, BFS, Advice Center, International Business line)
