What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Process Consultant for DS & PH&N, you will be responsible for delivering the Process Optimization offering to Investment Advisor/Counsellor teams. You will help teams implement client processes by customizing best practices and utilizing the available applications to create efficiencies.

What will you do?

• Deliver the Process Optimization offering for DS & PH&N within the Process Optimization framework.
• Analyze IA/IC team objectives, assess potential options, and present insightful recommendations

• Engage in coaching for IA/IC teams and provide check-ins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished with a high degree of success
• Provide superior client experience and build positive relationships with IA/IC teams and branches
• Identify and build awareness of best practices through weekly conference calls, email updates, monthly coaching calls, and quarterly conferences
• Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with IA/IC teams
• Continuously improve and streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Team Practices & Efficiency Consultants team
• Collaborate with DS & PH&N Content Committee, and internal training partners to define business processes
• Conduct presentations on process best practice
• Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Understanding of the wealth management business
• Experience with applications
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to client service excellence
• High level of time management and organization skills

Nice-to-have

• Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management Essentials course
• Previous coaching experience
• Previous leadership experience
• French language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
