WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Manager, Change Management & Enablement will partner with the Senior Manager, Process Planning, Change Management & Enablement to ensure that operations teams are fully prepared and equipped to successfully adopt new technologies and redesigned process solutions across our large transformation programs and business initiatives.
In this role, you will drive readiness and sustained performance by embedding structured change management and enablement practices across multiple business initiatives. You translate project objectives into practical execution plans, ensuring teams are equipped, aligned, and supported through change.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives
- Translate complex program goals into practical, phased implementation plans
- Provide change management consultation to business partners with recommendations based on thorough analysis of organizational impact
Core Deliverables & Execution
- Design and maintain essential change artifacts including: activation plans, communication materials, training inventories, and feedback trackers
- Monitor project timelines against established plans and ensure stakeholder accountability for on-time completion
- Collaborate with Communication and Training teams to deliver strategies that ensure smooth transitions and ensures sustained change.
Adoption & Performance Management
- Monitor adoption metrics and trends during and post-implementation (hypercare phase)
- Analyze performance data to identify enhancement opportunities for tools, methods, and approaches
Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead change management workstreams for 2-4 concurrent small-to-medium transformational initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships across operations teams and business partners
- Influence stakeholder, partner and advisor alignment through clear, compelling communications
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must-Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business operations roles
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change initiatives, with measurable adoption results
- Solid understanding of change management principles and best practices
- Experience designing and executing implementation plans with defined milestones
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: superior listening, probing, and empathy
- Proven ability to build rapport and quickly earn respect across organizational levels
- Strong leadership and influence skills—ability to drive consensus without direct authority
- Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality
- Advanced written, visual, and oral communication abilities
- Professional presentation skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex change concepts into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, PMI-PgMP)
- Experience with change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis tools
- Knowledge of Banking Operations, such as Payments & Trade, Cash Processing and Finance Shared Services
