As Director of Business Management, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for portfolio governance, business planning, initiative tracking, and organizational coordination. This is an opportunity to drive lasting organizational impact through operational excellence and disciplined execution.

What will you do?

Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution

  • Lead enterprise-wide business management coordination across C&L, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Digital partners

  • Manage initiative sequencing and portfolio balance to optimize resource allocation and strategic impact

  • Drive disciplined project governance, tracking progress against milestones and ensuring accountability

  • Facilitate trade-off discussions and prioritization decisions among competing business needs

  • Support critical business routines (e.g., quarterly business reviews, business portfolio assessments, budget planning)

Organizational Effectiveness & Planning

  • Support planning routines, ensuring C&L has the right people, capabilities, and structure to execute on our strategy

  • Support organizational design, career development, and succession planning initiatives

  • Support SMT and SLT offsites and strategic planning sessions

  • Coordinate cross-functional working groups and task forces on enterprise-wide initiatives

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing business management team with strong analytical, organizational, and coordination capabilities

  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through effective team routines and engagement activities

  • Elevate organizational culture through Town Halls, engagement committee activations, and employee development programs

  • Mentor team members on business acumen, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication

  • Drive continuous improvement in business management processes and tools

Strategic Alignment & Decision Support

  • Provide proactive business management support and thought leadership to the Senior Director

  • Translate strategic priorities and complex business dynamics into clear operating plans and execution roadmaps

  • Ensure strategic initiatives are connected to execution, with clear owners, timelines, and dependencies

  • Support executive decision-making through rigorous analysis and stakeholder alignment
