WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovation, where you’ll lead transformative DevOps initiatives that shape the future of our technical ecosystem. As our DevOps Champion, you’ll oversee 65+ active repositories and drive critical projects like the UCD-to-Ansible migration, Helios 3.0 integration, and AI agent adoption in CI/CD pipelines. This role is perfect for a hands-on expert passionate about pipeline resiliency, automation, and DevOps best practices. You’ll have the chance to optimize code review processes, resolve conflicts, and mentor teams—all while working in an agile, forward-thinking environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee and manage 65+ active repositories, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Lead the UCD-to-Ansible migration and Helios 3.0 integration initiatives.
- Drive AI agent adoption in CI/CD pipelines for enhanced automation.
- Ensure pipeline resiliency and resolve code conflicts efficiently.
- Optimize code review processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Champion DevOps best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to implement agile methodologies and automation solutions.
- Mentor and guide teams on DevOps tools and processes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Git).
- Strong knowledge of Java Spring-Boot, Spring-Batch and Relational DataBase.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
- Familiarity with migration projects (e.g., UCD-to-Ansible).
- Experience with AI/ML integration in DevOps workflows (preferred).
- Ability to lead agile initiatives and drive process improvements.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Helios or similar orchestration tools.
- Certification in DevOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
