Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support core business processes. The role will focus on developing code, configuring Salesforce platform features, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.

This position works closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to implement features that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration tools.

  • Build scalable solutions using custom objects, flows, validation rules, workflows, and triggers.

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations with enterprise systems.

  • Implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to support modern UI requirements.

  • Take ownership of key initiatives by collaborating with analysts, project managers & integration partners to resolve issues impacting salesforce sprint deliverables.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Salesforce code.

  • Support integration with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Maintain documentation and adhere to development and security standards.

  • Migrate objects between environments per the established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Proactive research, present, and make recommendations regarding new features , functionality made available with Salesforce releases.

  • Participate in production support to quickly communicate and resolve critical issues .

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.

  • 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

  • Experience with Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Understanding of CI/CD practices for Salesforce development.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

  • handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II).

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud or nCino platform.

  • Familiarity with Copado or Autorabit deployment pipelines.

  • Experience using AI dev tools like Agentforce vibe, Github Copilot.
