• Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email or internet chat.
• Conducting periodic and regular surveys of clients to determine satisfaction and opportunities to advise on other products and services.
• Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.
• Developing new prospects, establishing clients, and finding opportunities to introduce RBC's products and services.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$46,000.00 - $70,000.00
