Job Description
What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Portfolio & planning to support the financial and operational management of the WM Digital Portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and governance of initiatives, while providing transparency into financial performance and resource allocation.
You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, bridging finance, delivery, and strategy to enable informed decision making and disciplined execution across the portfolio.
What will you do?
Lead the development and maintenance of the WM Digital portfolio roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and client needs.
Facilitate planning sessions, including quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RBC’s risk management framework.
Monitor portfolio performance, including financials, resource capacity, and delivery health
Partner with central finance to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation, and transparency
Manage invoice processing and submission to accounts payable, ensuring accurate coding, budget alignment, and adherence to financial controls.
Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes and tools.

Must haves:
5+ years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to absorb and synthesize complex information quickly.
MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
Nice-to-have:
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000 - $110,000
