Your Impact at Rhum: Act as an ambassador for the brand of our clients; Provide the best customer and candidate experience with all stakeholders; Be the owner of the full cycle of the recruitment process, from need assessment to negotiation of the offer, and act as an advisor to hiring managers; Act as a sourcing expert, constantly innovating when it comes to finding and connecting with the best talent; Cultivate strong relationships with active and passive talents in order to network for current and future opportunities; Develop new creative ways to find and connect with the best creative talent on the market.
