You will evolve the BA practice to align with modern digital product and agile delivery models.
- Own BA capacity planning and allocation across digital portfolios, with a focus on aligning BAs to persistent product portfolios and stable teams to enable sustained velocity. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, skill, or structural constraints when staffing choices create delivery risk.

You will use delivery outcomes, velocity, and readiness metrics to identify issues and drive continuous improvement from discovery to development & lead BA contribution to large-scale transformation initiatives by ensuring business and process change is clearly defined, decision-ready, and executable.
