The Specialist, Full Service Banner Marketing plays a key role in supporting brand strategy and integrated go‑to‑market execution across Full Service banners (Sobeys & Safeway). This role helps translate banner priorities into integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand equity, drive customer consideration, and support key business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional partners and agency teams, the Specialist contributes to campaign development, execution, optimization, and performance measurement across multiple channels. Here's where you'll be focusing: Understands and champions the brand strategy, acting as a brand steward through all marketing and communication activations.Supports the development of integrated marketing programs across the customer journey, contributing to strategic planning, campaign development, brief creation, and go-to-market recommendations aligned to banner and business priorities.Works closely with central brand marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned to brand expression, visual identity, positioning, and standards - helping translate brand strategy into customer-facing experiences.Coordinates with internal cross‑functional teams, including our internal creative agency, Atelier, digital experience and digital customer engagement, loyalty, and other marketing teams—along with external agencies, to deliver marketing programs that support banner objectives.Leads assigned campaign and marketing plan workstreams, including project management, stakeholder communications, creative reviews and approvals, performance tracking, budget management, and delivery against key milestones.• Collaborates with merchandising and operations partners to understand business priorities, identify opportunities, and translate objectives into actionable marketing plans.Monitors campaign performance and key brand health metrics, leveraging customer and business insights to identify opportunities, inform recommendations, and optimize future marketing programs.
