As a Risk Management Claims Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our stores and customers when incidents occur. Acting as one of the first points of contact, you'll help guide situations toward positive outcomes through excellent service, effective communication, and strong attention to detail.Here's where you will focus on: Serve as the first point of contact following incidents and provide professional, empathetic support;Build strong relationships by gathering information, answering questions, and helping navigate the claims process;Coordinate the collection and sharing of time-sensitive information to ensure claims are handled efficiently;Accurately document incident details and maintain records within our claims management system;Review information, identify missing details, and follow up to ensure claims are progressing smoothly;Investigate incidents and assess available information to support decision making and claim resolution;Manage a portfolio of minor to moderate claims while delivering a positive and supportive experience for all parties involved;Monitor claim progress, maintain organized files, and ensure key deadlines are met;Escalate more complex situations as needed while working closely with the Claims Supervisor and collaborating with the broader Risk Management team;Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance service delivery and the overall claim experience.
