Our team is currently looking for an Advisor Benefits responsible for all activities related to program management and employee experience, including but not limited to program design, annual enrolment, program communications, vendor and contract management, relationship management and business support. Please take note that this is a contract Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Responsible for providing consultation to HR and business partners on Benefits programs.Responsible for designing and developing program materials and education programs aimed at delivering exceptional communication and understanding of various benefits programs.Responsible to ensure appropriate internal controls for benefit programs are in place and adhered to.Responsible for the continued improvement, integration of technology and process improvement opportunities with respect to benefits program processes.Required to maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR Systems, Communications, Payroll Operations and HR Business Partners for the implementation and delivery of benefits programs, processes and workflows.Required to build strong relationships with all stakeholders to establish trust and credibility; ensuring stakeholders interests are taken into consideration in the design of benefits programs.Responsible for preparing reports for senior leadership including but not limited to the Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee.Conduct analyses on benefits programs including competitive market analysis, cost/ benefit analysis, regulatory compliance, and organizational/ financial impact.Ensure compliance with benefit policies and legislation including education of Human Resources, payroll, and benefits staff about policy and legislative requirements and updates.Lead Annual Enrolment process for Corporate and Franchise Benefit Plans, including project management, communications, vendor management and employee experience.Project lead on various Benefits related initiatives.Represent Benefits on Franchise conversions/onboards – bi-weekly conversation calls.Manage the vendor relationship and lead the relocation process. What you have to offer: Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Experience with benefit programs and practices.CHRP and/or CEBS or in pursuit preferred.Grocery Retail or Retail experience preferred.Knowledge of benefits programs and HR administration systems (i.e., Dayforce, Ceridian, SAP, third party platforms in Success Factors, etc.).Bilingual in English and French would be preferred #LI-MM1#LI-Hybrid
