Ready to start fresh? The responsibility of the Rehab Service Technician is to meet and exceed customer expectations through the provision of quality workmanship in a timely manner. Responsible for technical service and assembly of Home Health Care/Rehab power and mobility equipment. In addition, the Service Technician may pick up and deliver various items and products to customers homes and Lawton's store locations. Here’s where you’ll have an impact: Customer Service Manage Service of Home Health Care/Rehab Equipment Repairs Ensure parts required for repair are in stock Perform Custom Modifications – access, assemble, install Scooters/Wheelchairs Perform residential installations i.e. Stair lifts Share technical expertise with team and clients Installation of wheelchair accessories Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians Assist lift team with installations Other duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager Record inventoryProvide quotes for vendors/customers Personal/Professional Development Adhere to all company Health & Safety guidelines, policies and regulations Attend all training and certification courses Maintain required certification What you bring to the table:Required: Valid driver’s license and clean abstract Computer skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills Knowledge of the experience in the rehab and mobility industry High school or equivalent Related industry experience Other requirements: Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching Communication and organizational skills
