Overview: We are looking for a Production Designer to bring creative concepts to life across print and digital channels. You’ll adapt and produce high-quality creative assets that align with brand and campaign guidelines, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production standards. This role combines strong design and production skills with excellent organization and collaboration. You’ll manage multiple projects and deadlines while continuously looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and team capacity. Please include a link to your portfolio with your resume. Here’s what you’ll focus on: Design, create and/or interpret execution of seasonal brand elements to support campaigns and events for in-house creative assignments; prepare and present multiple concepts for review and approval; produce final print and digital files as required and distribute to printers/digital service providers. Design and creative execution of in-store signage that supports all of our banners and understand and adhere to documented workflow SOPs for POS (print), digital, social and flyer channels. Issue multiple proofs and amend files as necessary; produce final digital files as required and distribute to printers/digital service providers. Attend client briefings to review project requirements that include brand, cross-functional and corporate proposals; collaborate with internal stakeholders as required; attain soft approvals of final materials; work cross functionally with team members on mutual efforts and vacation support. Coordinate with Photography Studio for digital image needs where required. Coordinate with internal and external providers for resources where required. Manage production workflow, prioritize, meet deadlines within a cross-functional team; support project/job tracking and documentation through use of online project management tools; maintain documentation and files relating to job request workflow; handle multiple projects/job requests and deliver as scheduled; attend project/job meetings, presentations and process approvals as required. What you should have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.5+ years of professional graphic design and production experience, ideally in an agency, retail, marketing, or in-house creative environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, campaign, and production design.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and responsive/interactive design.Strong understanding of print production, digital production, file preparation, and production specifications.Proven ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt creative across multiple formats and channels.Strong eye for layout, colour, typography, composition, and detail.Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Adaptable, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. #LI-Hybrid
