The Vivanta Representative will work closely with the Manager Vivanta Services and other Vivanta team members in providing administrative support and bilingual customer service to clients, groups and internal customers (the business). Work may involve Vivanta programs such as Specialty Connect and other Vivanta patient-facing programs, as well as Vivanta pharmacy benefit administration.
