OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive profitable growth and operational excellence. This role will ensure the adoption of best-in-class store operating practices, support strong customer experiences, and build an organization that consistently delivers sustainable financial results. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation across our retail offering, influencing capital projects, developing franchise and third-party relationships, and leading the execution of business strategy across. This role will also provide leadership, coaching, and development to operational teams while ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives. Here’s What You’ll Be Focusing On Operationalize business strategy to drive profitable growth.Ensure the adoption of best-in-class store operation practices to satisfy current and future customer needs.Build, develop, and lead an organization that can consistently deliver sustainable financial results and an exceptional customer experience.Drive innovation in our retail offering.Strategize and deliver business outcomes.Establish and manage franchise business relationships.Be responsible for financial targets set by the VP.Measure and track strategy execution.Lead workforce planning and succession planning.Provide coaching, support, and development for District Operators & BD Manager(s).Manage franchisee relationships, including contracts, renewals, extensions, store standards, expectations, and default letters.Lead Franchisee Committee governance, including meeting cadence and store support topics.Oversee the Priority Store Process, including P&L reviews to drive improvement in select stores. Collaborate with HR onthe Franchisee in Training Program, including selection, training, and placement.Manage third-party relationships, including contracts, renewals, extensions, store standards, expectations, and default letters. What You Should Have An undergraduate degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.Extensive knowledge of retail department operations.Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss.Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of franchise and third-party relations.Excellent business and financial acumen.Knowledge of corporate and franchise store operations.Ability to inspire, influence, coach, and develop team members.Ability to liaise with and build strong relationships across all lines of business, including franchisees.Confidence and ability to make key business decisions.Strong strategic thinking ability, including data-driven and analytical thinking.Results-driven and action-oriented. #LI-Hybrid
