Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Create and update page and fragment content from templates, structured content from defined models
- Develop design concepts and visual styles that align with user needs and business goals
- Create and update digital assets-sync localized content
- Preview and publish
- Manage content Launches
- Apply metadata and tags to assets and pages
- Designs user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
- Conduct usability testing to gather insights on the design's effectiveness
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions
- Implement best practices for accessibility to accommodate all users
Technical Skills
- Low (no-code)
- Training on content authoring using AEM Sites and Assets
- Conducts user research, creates wireframes and prototypes, and collaborates with developers for implementation.
- Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are executed accurately

What you have to offer:
- Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in designer role or similar
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) and video editing software is a plus. Experience working with AI is also a plus.
