We’re looking for a Content Manager to own the full content lifecycle: from strategy and SEO to production, publishing, and amplification. If you’re a builder, someone who loves experimenting, moving quickly, and making an impact, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to build and maintain the content roadmap and calendar
  • Align content efforts with campaigns, buyer journeys, and SEO opportunities
  • Identify high-impact topics, keywords, and content formats to serve our diverse audience
  • Develop detailed content briefs and frameworks that set internal and external creators up for success

Content Creation & Oversight

  • Write clear, standout content across formats: blog posts, landing pages, thought leadership, video scripts, case studies, emails, and more
  • Collaborate with freelancers, AI tools, and internal stakeholders to scale production without sacrificing quality

Distribution & Amplification

  • Work with the broader marketing, social, and paid media teams to extend content reach
  • Support PR with messaging that ties our content to timely industry conversations
  • Experiment with creative formats like short-form video, carousels, and interactive content

Performance & Iteration

  • Track and report on SEO, engagement, and conversions using tools like Surfer SEO, GA4, and HubSpot
  • Continuously optimize and repurpose top-performing content
  • Share performance insights to shape and refine the overall content strategy

Tools You’ll Likely Use

  • Content & SEO: Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, ChatGPT
  • CMS & Publishing: WordPress, HubSpot
  • Video & Visuals: Descript, CapCut, Canva, Figma (basic use)
  • Analytics & Reporting: GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio

    • You’re a storyteller at heart — but you’re also strategic, using data and audience insights to shape content that drives real results to shape content that drives real results.
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same, and you’re excited by the opportunity to build, test, and iterate.
    • You’ve led or contributed to content strategies that align with business goals and know how to connect content to outcomes (not just clicks).
    • You bring 3–5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications — ideally in a dynamic or cross-functional environment.
    • You’re just as comfortable writing a sharp thought leadership piece as you are tweaking a landing page for conversion.
    • You have experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, or even PR teams to create cohesive narratives.
    • You’re confident working with AI tools, SEO platforms, CMS systems, and analytics dashboards — or quick to learn if not.
    • You want your work to have purpose — you’re drawn to organizations with a social mission and a clear sense of values.
    • You care about inclusion and equity and want to help shape messaging that’s representative and human.
