About the team
The Client Experience Operations (CXO) team is focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client support agents. We’re looking for a Staff Designer who thrives at the intersection of systems, experience, and technology — someone eager to shape how our teams and clients interact through intuitive, AI-powered tools.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Own and lead CXO design, contributing to conversations and direction of the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product management to find refined but practical solutions to design challenges.
  • Lead design for internal and client-facing AI-powered tools that empower our customer experience agents and improve client interactions.
  • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas.
  • Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and find solutions that delight our customers.
  • Leverage data to inform your design solutions.
  • Understand the strategic direction and vision for your working areas and ensure all UX efforts are aligned with that direction.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in customer experience tooling and AI-powered solutions.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into our product design.

What you’ll bring:

  • Track record of systems design and strong UX-thinking
  • Passion and knowledge of AI tools and AI workflows
  • Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering to ship high-quality experiences quickly and at scale.
  • Can effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward.
  • Knowledge and interest in front-end technologies
